I had oredred an online mobile phone Nokia520 from the website itstore24x7.com on the 26th of feb 2014 .the order no is #[protected].The helpine did not respond even after calling several times .On one occasion after 15 days of ordering the responed to the call and said that the product was out of stock and i would receive it after another 5 days .But till date tere is no sign of any response to either my call or to my emails.the helpline no is forever switched off .
