Itunes Combill — regarding fraudulent transactions

Hi,

I took a subscription from itunes and 800 deducted from my debit card on 14 th july. But today, again 1498 rs deducted from my account for same. Can you please look into the issue and initiate my refund.
Also can you please let me know why this is happening, if you are involved in fraud cases then will lock a complaint.
