I had given to this my ipad 2 3G for replacing the screen and the cellular network problem . The time of giving the device to the itweak guy had told me that it will take 2 hrs, and later he said next day but not done. after a week it was repaired just replacing the screen glass but not repaired the network issue. I had I went to the shop and asked about that but the technical guy who was not yet all skilled and not sure how to repair/find the problem. I had explain the what the problem is, I had call the shop owner Puneeth, he is usually pickup the first time after that he won't pick the call at all by chance if he picks up give all false promises that he will deliver the device so and so time and he says that he will call back once it is ready but no follow up . very pathetic customer care . finally I had paind 5000 INR to get my device back after 35 days they keeping my ipad in their shop, and they spoiled my ipad the screen fitted with the gaps and sim tray spring not working, sim try not coming out and home button not working properly. They had played with my ipad 35 days and completely spoiled. I had called the itweak guy and he want my device back and he said this time he will fix it, based on my experience with this shop I don't want to take chance again.
