1st week of October 2024, I have requested a service to re register my 2 wheeler at Pune,
My initial discussion was with Mrs Anisha and accordingly hand over all documents mentioned.
Its was promised for a 15 days time line, however multiple times more documents requirement and provided accordingly.

Now in December, returned my documents without completing the service when asked for refund, now see its refunded in Itzeasy wallet.

My request was to refund in original payment or complete the service.
No response then.

Hi team
That for responding on my complaint.
Refund received however the complaint was for the service, it hold few months of my documents without completing and when returned not responding me for many calls/ emails.
The bike remain unregistered as time elapsed.
