ItzEazy.com — Challan not being paid yet

I have requested Itzeazy to pay a challan on behalf of me on 17th March 2023 and paid complete 2000rs in advance. My requested id is : NDARTCH13. Now it has been 2 months but no action has not been taken yet. Even they have stopped on responding my queries and seems that I have lost 2000rs as well.
