ItzEazy.com — Duplicate Rc delay / no response

Hi I have applied for the duplicate RC service and paid an advance of half of the amount and after that they did the document verification step which was completed but post that there is no progress and is in stuck since 7 days .
The POC dipika is not responding since last 7 days and it is not progressing.
