Itzeazy should be renamed “ItzNotEazy”!
I opted for their premium marriage certificate service based on a 2-week timeline commitment given at the time of payment.
* Upfront payment was made on 28th June.
* All required documents — mine, my husband’s and 2 witnesses’ — were submitted on 28th June.
* Despite this, the marriage certificate process is still not completed, and there is still no appointment date.
The so-called advocate “Pintu” took nearly 1.5 months just to prepare a simple affidavit.
I repeatedly raised concerns about the delay with Namrata and Pallavi, especially since the 2-week timeline was clearly committed at the time of payment. Unfortunately, I received no meaningful resolution or support.
What is even more frustrating is that before receiving the full payment, they were constantly following up and insisting that nothing could move forward without payment. Once the payment was made, the urgency and responsiveness completely disappeared.
I am now stuck with them because I have already paid ₹4, 000 upfront for their premium service.
If you are considering using Itzeazy for marriage registration/certificate services, please think twice and i advise you to stay from this scammers.
