RC hypothecation removal service was fully paid for by me with UPI rs 3000. Gaurav singh rathod was the RM. He had stopped taking calls or responding on mail. Umesh (the guy who sits the RTO work in Delhi has to be threatened with an FIR via their customer care lady, Mrinalini (she is WFH Lucknow) Now payment is pending at RTO and Umesh is absconding and lying that the CEO, Himanshu makes the payments. He just seemed ike a disgruntled employee when i spoke with him. Now the customer care is also saying that they have no control over Umesh 'ji'. Fortunately I have proof of everything and after 48 hours i will have to file an FIR. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (3)

let's we all victim raise it to their all social media handling, their employees (laxmi & Mrinalini & account lady) are misbehaving too

Anonymous complain . Not able to trace order history .

We do not authorise third party complain site like this to handle our complains . We are writing just to counter the wrong and one sided narrative. We handle more than 10k orders every month. the number of complain on this site like this is not even 0.1 %. So, it does not represent actual picture. Also we are in tough Govt. documentation segment . Some time work gets delayed due to improper document or sign mismatch . But with time that also gets resolved .

To handle we have well defined ticket system, support number. Also all our customers get a dedicated relationship manager.
