ItzEazy.com — Paid advance of 3000 for Visa process

- 11th Nov; paid visa fee for Portugal

- It's been 5 days the company is delaying the process stating, "the site is down" though I have told them multiple time that the reason of me approaching a travel agent was to expedite the process however they kept on making excuses. When I asked for a refund, they have stopped responding to my emails, messages. Including the CEO "Himanshu KK"; he just blind eye ignores all the chats as if nothing is happening. Now, after looking at the number of complaints here (92 complaints; 0 resolved), this is just a fraudulent company seeking money from the customer on false hopes and promises.
