In July-24, I closed my car loan with SBI bank in Bangalore. I reached out to ITZEASY site for doing the Hypothecation removal from my RC Card. They talked nice to me and made ma go for their service. Here is the series of events.
1. On 11-Aug-24, I placed the order by placing 50% of Rs.2500 (that is Rs1, 250). They said they will collect my RC card and other documents signed for the whole processing.
2. on 13-Aug-24, I submitted all signed documents along with the original bank documents and the RC card to their pickup party.
3. 16-Aug-24: they confirmed that they received the documents as per their website.
4. 31-Aug-24: I received their Whatsup message that the work has been completed and I need to make the balance 1250 payment. I did that as well on 1st of Sep-24.
5. Till now, there is no word from them about my RC card. I have been pinging them and no proper response. Once a lady (at +[protected] Neelam Rathod) responded to me that there was a technical problem due to which the document could not be sent back to me on time.
6. I raised a dispute ticket with them online (Ref: BLRRTHP8048) and they closed it without my consent or any resolution the next day.
7. I raised a ticket again today (21st Sep, 2024) with them and not sure if at all they are going to respond to me.
I am afraid if they have my RC Card or not and will they send me back my RC Card?
I am frustrated. Their customer care service is pathetic. They dont follow their own process right. I am nervous if they will ever return my RC Card. Any one has any escalation point or help, please share. Thank you in advance! Was this information helpful? |
