Even after paying half of the charges, documents were not picked up successfully even after a month.

No proper updates over whatsapp, call nothing. No tracking of status. The sales person also stops responding over whatsapp.

Even after creating ticket in their app, there is no response even after 72 hour. They say there will be response within 24 hour.

They finally picked up after multiple follow up, but returned back to me in 5 days. Because their executive was not available to receive it.

They shows that they are completely careless.

I am asking for my refund. But they are not returning it.
