ItzEazy.com — Refund for two wheeler RC Transfer and new registration not provided

My name is Siddharth and I made a token payment of INR 5, 000 to ItzEazy on December 27th, 2021 for a two wheeler RC transfer and new number registration for Karnataka state. However, on the very next day I cancelled this process and informed Ms. Pooja (point of contact from ItzEazy) to process my refund to which she said a complete refund would be provided considering that i have not availed any service in this one day gap.

Its been more than 40 days i have not got any update on my refund status and Pooja or ItzEazy contact number are not picking up my calls and neither replying to my emails.

I need my money refund. Is there a way i can get a help.
