I had come across their site which mentioned that they provide different services related to RTO. I needed to get my DL renewed, hence further checked with the agent for details on the same. They asked me for soft copies of Aadhar and DL which I shared with agent. Post that received response that the documents are fine to proceed with renewal of DL.
Agent([protected]@itzeazy.com) shared below details as quoted:
"1500 backlog, 3500 Change of address + renewal
Total 5k,
Process will take 10 days.
Let me know if you want to proceed."
Post I confirmed to proceed, she said to make 50% of the total amount to be paid upfront. Hence I made payment of 2500 Rs. Below are the details of the account which she shared to make payment:

This Order ID : BLRRTRE3686 was created for the request on their site. Post 10 days, I reached out to her over email multiple times but received no response. I had also raised a request/complaint(which they mentioned that it take 24 hours to address it) the to know details on when the process would be complete. And for this as well there is no response since 5 days.
