Terrible Experience – False Promises and No Refund!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Itzeazy. I paid ₹7000 for RTO work, and after 15 days, they informed me that the work could not be done. They promised a refund by the end of December 2024, but despite multiple follow-ups, I received nothing.
Every time I contacted them, they gave me a new date—January 2025, then between February 24-28, but still no refund. Their team is practically unreachable, and getting a response requires constant chasing. I even raised a complaint ticket on February 3rd, and more than a month later, no one has bothered to respond.
It appears this is a one-person operation with freelance receptionists handling calls. Their customer service is non-existent, and they seem to have no accountability. ₹7000 is hard-earned money, and this entire experience has been stressful and financially straining.
I strongly advise against using Itzeazy. If they treat customers like this, imagine the risk of trusting them with your money and important paperwork. Avoid them at all costs!
