Dear Team,
I had approched by Itzeasy team person Tina for Sinagapore Visa. They asked me to pay 7044.26 for Visa processing fees. once i did the payment they called me and inform me that i will need to passport renewal as might not get visa due to visa month deadline. So they suggested they will do Emergancy (Not Tatakal) passport renewal but they asked me to pay total 9529.22. I got scared and did the payment for the same amount.
After reaching to passport office, passport team again asked me to pay CASH 2000 as an outstaning application fees.
I asked them all details - they told me my form was applied for Tatkal where total charges are 3500. and there is no emergancy passport option.
Which means Itzeasy has taken 11529.22 for Passport renewal. which totally wrong.
When i called them confronted them they said they paid undertabel money to passport office to get appointment.
Also, i started asked for refund for my money...now they are not picking up my phone.
Please support!
