I have ordered for westside e-gift card (Gift value=500) through internet to m/s. Itzgift on 28.05.2016. My order no. Is 4143075. Still today it has not sent to me. Whenever i contacted customer care no. Of m/s. Itzgift ([protected]), they answered everytime that it will reach you within 24 to 48 hours. But it had never happened so far. Please help me to get it.
