Ivenus Store — False commitments and not refunding the amount

I booked an iPhone (iPhone 13) from the iVenus store (Old Padra Road, Vadodara - Branch) on the 24th of Jan, 2022, Monday. Gave the store the booking amount of 3000 Rs.

At the time of booking, I was told that I would get the phone in 3 to 4 days. I didn’t receive it at that time. I tried calling them multiple times but they ignored me. (They did receive my call a couple of times but made me false commitments about the date of delivery). Note: I have audio recording as a proof.

Finally, after waiting for around two weeks and getting frustrated by the false commitments, I canceled the order. While cancellation, the store employee told me that they would refund my booking amount within 2 to 3 days (I have this proof in writing). I has been more than a week and I haven’t received the amount.

Seeking your help to take severe action and make them realise that they are doing wrong with customers.
