Ivl Finance Limited — Personal Loan showing in Cibil report which was never availed

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is my painful duty to inform you that a fake account is showing in my CIBIL Report from 17-Dec-2021.
I have never taken any personal loan from Dhani bank or any other bank.
In my cibil report it is showing the loan of 500 INR and due to that my cibil score is down to 730.
Kindly do the needful.
