Ivl Finance Ltd Dhani Loans — Incorrect loan raised on my PAN Number, My Credit score impaired

My credit report is showing an incorrect loan raised on m PAN.
The loan is raised from IVL Finance Limited.

1)Loan account number is "CL24725868".
2) Loan date[protected]
3) Loan Amount= Rupees 500/-
4) Current outstanding balance is Rupees 2163/-
This is an incorrect information showing in my credit report as I haven't raised a loan ever in my life.

Moreover I was a student until now and was not be eligible to raise any loans from any Finance co or from some other lending institutions.
The mobile number linked with this Loan account is also incorrect.

This had damaged my Credit Score and now Bank has declined my application to apply for a credit Card.

This is an incorrect information/ fraud done on my Pan.

I request proper authorities to look into this matter as soon as possible and rectify this incorrect information on my PAN.
