1.Ivl Finance Ltd — Processed a Loan account without my knowledge, concern, permission and misuse of KYC documents
2..My dhani one freedom card and account PERMANENTLY CLOSED/DEACTIVATED WITH EFFECT FROM 03 SEP 2021 and still it is PERMANENTLY CLOSED/DEACTIVATED .Than why my DHANI LOAN PL-CL20516529 AND DHANI LOAN PL-IDOFEDEL15936510 IS STILL NOT CLOSED EVEN AFTER EXTRA PAYMENT OF RS 1475.00. ON 08 APRIL 2022 THROUGH DHANI APP
3.I checked my credit score and the showed my outstanding loan which i never took from ivl finance ltd OR FROM DHANI APP.
4. This is being reflected in my credit score and is disturbing it.
5.After talking and e.mail to dhani support I paid total due amount Rs 1475 on 08 april 2022 with promise of refund after verification.but still why no loan settlement statement and payment receipt confirmation from them. attached payment proof. Was this information helpful? |
