I placed order on ivooi.com and received order confirmation immediately. Even after waiting for more than week product is not shipped and customer care is not responsive to calls and emails. So overall it looks like a scam.
All the purchase reviews have been posted only in a certain period of 4–5 day. Other than that, there are no other purchases, no other reviews.
The domain of the site is also to expire within 15 days. Maybe they plan to disappear after extracting money from people within a few days? Was this information helpful? |

As we investigated your issue, we found that all emails were received to our no-reply email orders(at)ivooi.com (reply to the order confirmation email). As this email address receive more spams, we have a dedicated help email help(at)ivooi.com which is also updated to our portal. Please use the same email for future reference for the quick reply.
Sir after receiving your order, we found the seller at our portal has not submitted GST no. and we refund money to your account on 29th Aug, 2017 (within 6 days of receiving money from payment gateway).
We are are private limited organization govern under the strict rule of Govt of India and responsible for any wrong doing towards our customers . Some of the clarification I would like to put here.
1. We don't encourage fake review and we haven't found the issue. The most selling product has the more reviews and in different dates.
2. The domain expires in 2018 and with auto renewal feature from our domain reseller. Trust us we have invested in technology, server, and marketing more than a domain costs us.
