I have ordered a 75 inches Iffalcon tv, model no. U75 from Flipkart on 9th Oct 26 with Order #OD[protected]. Tv has been delivered on 13 th Oct 26. Installation of the Tv was scheduled on 15 Oct 26 but the tv is not installed till now. I have made a complain with flipkart on 15 Oct 26 about the installation, they said the installation will be done bye seller. The member of flipkart raised a complain with seller on 15 Oct and told me that it will take about 48 hrs to complete the installation. But still it was not done and on Flipkart order page it is showing that the installation has been completed on 16 oct. Again I contacted with flipkart on 17 oct that the installation has not been done till now then they told me, "you have to wait for another 48 hrs. As the return policy is valid till 20th oct only, if the installation is not done how could I know either Tv is working or not. The flipkart team provided me the contact details of the seller but all the numbers are not valid . kindly do the needful as it is a matter of large amount. The seller is such a fake seller. I just want my refund with penalty. And you should advice the flipkart to blacklist such seller. Was this information helpful? |
