I have booked my flight ticket from Mazar-e-sharif(Afghanistan) to Delhi direct flight on 19-April-2019 & Delhi to Mazar-e-sharif on 10-may - 2019 through ixigo online site as on 18-march-2019.After confirmation from Kamair airlines about flight cancellation i was informed to Ixigo as on 26-march-2019 for refund.My two way journey dates are also passed on 10-May-2019.In the name of Refund authorization application, till the date my refund amount is not credited in my account.Every time i was giving mail for refund.In reply I got a mail mentioned that your refund is under process. Almost 5 months passed.
But till i didn't get my refund amount in my account.
Requested to kindly take my complaint do the action to get my refund amount in my account.
