[Resolved] iYogi Technical Services Pvt Ltd — FNF cheque bounced | |||
I was given a FNF cheque from iYogi Technical Services Pvt Ltd on 17th November for 78792. I waited for almost 6 months to get the cheque. However when I submitted the cheque in Standard Chartered Bank, it bounced due to insufficient funds. I am in need of the money for the EMIs and I was relying on this amount. The EMI is going on the 15th and I have no idea what to do next. I called iYogi HR team and discussed the matter in detail. They said they will update me next week. This is completely unacceptable. Dec 17, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Company asked me to redeposit the cheque which I did and this time it did not bounce. The amount is credited to my account | |||

Please help me...the team have asked me to redeposit the cheque which I have done. However this is not acceptable,

My pf no is HR/GGN/28488/6511, employer deducted pf from my salary from 2015 July to 2016 November but did not submitted yet. I also complained in pf office but they didn't take any action against employer. Now I need to withdraw my PF but they even not approving my documents which I already uploaded in epfo site. Plz help
