I am filing a formal grievance against IZAGO Immigration and its representatives, Mr. Ankur Khandelwal and Mr. Avinash, for deceptive practices, financial misconduct, and breach of trust. They misled me into paying ₹1, 69, 999 INR under false assurances of securing employment in Canada without requiring IELTS or WES verification. However, after payment, they introduced new conditions, failed to provide promised services, and ignored my refund requests. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no resolution.
