I have purchased premiere shoe of Mochi j fontini name at the time of July occasionally I have used the shoe like weekly a day or some times may not within four months the soul has completely gone and had a big hole in the shoe actually the shoe cost is 6500 but it is not worth for single penny it is totally waste at the time of sale the person said many things about the shoe got impressed and bought. Then I went back to Mochi Brookfields coimbatore where I purchased the shoe to enquire about that they said just bring the shoe we look into it and we will replace it after that I again went over there for replacement they said after looking the shoe sorry we can't replace it and finally said that we don't have any replacement policy. Then I asked why you said on that day to bring the shoe. The point is we have purchased for 6000 on that day while we complaining about the shoe for sale reason they have just given a statement like we will replace it. While arguing they said some have complained this shoe has gone within one month for you it had came for 4 month. It is total waste of money don't go for Mochi my humble request. Poor customer service and very poor response they need only money not customers. Is there any use of complaining over here if possible please take necessary action.
