J.k. Shah Classes — Not attending to my complaints

I had messaged the dashboard department that around 60-70 sums aren't there on my recorded lectures.It has been 8 days the issue has not been solved yet. They also have stopped picking up the phone. For the first 2-3 days the dashboard department didn't even answer my query then I had to call the branch regarding the same after which they had the courtesy to call me and they just say that we'll look into it etc etc.
