I had booked seat and immediately paid for the same. Instead of receiving the confirmation I received a seat in 25th row. When I called customer care I was on hold for very long more than 10 min.
After repeated attempts I could speak with customer care representative. She confirmed to me the seat is not available and I have to. Hoose another seat and I have to pay again. Whatever I have paid will be refunded .
I booked again and paid again. I hope the refund will happen soon.
The service is very bad. My experience is bad. I may not travel again Was this information helpful? |
