J S Shekhawat — ecs mandate rejected | |||||
Dear sir, I am operating my saving account in axis bank from last 13 year, my account no is [protected]. I have home loan from sbi in jan 2018 and my repayment goes from axis bank saving account. Axis bank rejected my ecs mandate with reason " signature mismatch and my emi for the m/o jan-2018 not deduction without informing me. Then i went to axis bank derabassi and got my signature verified my mandate signature and axis bank signature is same then why my ecs mandate rejected. Please resolve the issue and approve my ecs mandate.
