J7 — Not having aaproval

I Shobhit Agarwal from lko has summited by j7 mobile in Halwasiya Service Centre dt.23.7.2016 who's bill no.is [protected] becouse of display problem.
Service centre members as well as customer care members are promising me that ur mobile will be made within a week.But still on 30.7.2016 on re-calling to service centre they replied me that the approval has not passed till yet.My all documents are summited to the service centre.
So I request to the higher officers to approve my bill so that I can able to recieve my j7 mobile as soon as possible.
