Jackmarc Fashion Store — Fake/Fraud/Scam/Misrepresentation

I ordered shoes worth 1500 from them and i received some other shoes that what i actually ordered. I raised this issue with their support team via an email and they arranged for the return. An executive came at my address to collect the product and he took the product. However till date neither i have received another shoes nor the refund. They took the money and shoes both from me. Biggest scammer i have genuinely witnessed till date.
