Comod push buttons and taps problem

This complaint is regarding our Jaguar XF vehicle in Bangalore. After general service of 10, 000+ km, vehicle was out for a long drive. When vehicle was back for wash and polish, the private technician found out all nuts and bolts of front wheel were broken down and fell on ground. Company is not ready to accept the quality fault of vehicle.

The metroflush valve is damaged. and water leakage from the valve. Even if one time service is provided, it does not work properly.

Complaint nos. 0079138 n 00600004 pending. No response to e mails from RO Ahmedabad / Customer care.

My bathroom pipe is been clogged for many days it looks like a fat snake . Please do the needful .

We have been regularly facing issue with Jagaur kitchen mixer. This was purchased from Vandana traders Rampur Uttar Pradesh 244901 in 2019Inspite along with other fitting of Kitchen and Bathrooms . Inspite of regular Complaint for same mixer of kitchen.Som time Service technician is visiting for a moment during his presence problem is solved later again same problem is observed.we are not observing any issues in other water...

we have purchased bathroom fittings Within a short span of time all the bathroom fittings are looking very bad due to Rust.
It is a bathroom product and it should be with rust proof. But to our surprise it become rusty.

I have registered complaint But there is No proper Response from the service Jaguar team office. Service guy taken 1 product from us in evening 8 pm on 2 july 21 and told will be sending to quality team will take 1 week but to our surprise Mr omkar singh reverted in morning told that it has been denied by quality head manish jain in wazir pur office and said product is in front of him in vijay vihar office @ 9.30 am

My question is to Mr omkar singh has company provided u helicopter that in morning Mr manish jain has also inspected in wazir pur office and u have inspected in vijay vihar office

Just trying to fool customers

my case is genuine wherever water touches rust marks coming

Please take action and replace our product

Kitchen mixer tap leakage towards the wall tile end

Dear Team,
I was also compliant early regarding this but my problem remain same till now. I buy a jaguar geyser on 06-dec-20 Invoice no 2632.
But hot water pressure is just like in drop if you want to fill a bucket it will take hours to fill a normal bucket. So please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
Water Tank height is more geyser fitted on 1st floor and water tank in on 2nd floor terrace.

The technician visited on 01.02.2021 to repair the water geyser, after working for one day only, it has again stopped working.

Basing on the various exploring, I have decided to purchased bathroom accessories from world known Jaguar products.
Accordingly, I have bought two wall mounting closets from your authorised show room located at PALANI, Dindigul Dist, Tamilnadu during the month of Feb 2018.
From the day one I have been facing show many problems about your products. When we opened the packages our plumber found that the accessories means for our products were related some other models.
When we raised our issues with the dealer who was not interested to fix our issues. However, I took up the matter with your Service Engineer, Coimbatore. He has visited to our home at Palani, and temporarily rectified the problems since our son marriage was slated on 13th Mar 2018.
Since accessories were related to some other models till this day we are not satisfied with your products. Seat cover of one closet got broken and no one help us here to get replaced with new one.
Since trained and skilled personnel are not available n this area, we are facing so many hardships to get serviced then and there.
We request you to replace the new seat cover in place of broken one related to some other models...

I am staying in SOBHA ELITE apartment located at Nagasandra, Bengaluru. All the bathrooms of my flat has Jaguar fittings which has waranty for another 02 more years.

On 11/11/2019 one of the toilet flush was not working and I called for the service. Service technician came and changed the whole assembly for which I was charged. Without knowing the fact that the product was still under the waranty period, I made the full payment by cash.

Today (Nov 05, 2020), again the same flush became defective within a year. I called the customer service branch located at Rajajinagar, Bengaluru for service. Service Technician came and after inspection told that the piston is broken, for which I will be charged 1600+. When I asked him how long will be the guarantee to which he replied that it will be good for next 5 to 6 years. My next question to him was - then how come the piston that was replaced 11 months back is broken and why should I pay again for it. He had no answer and spoke to his supervisor who also could not provide me any satisfied reply.

Kindly assist me to have the toilet flush fixed at free of cost as it is under warranty period, moreover I paid for the new assembly that was changed in November 2019.

I did not mention the name of anyone whom I spoke to due to privacy reasons. If you want, I will be happy to provide that as well.

I am not able to attach the service job card of 2019 due to an error in the system.
