We purchased a 40 litre Jaguar geyser from Mahavir traders- Alibag in February 2019, hence it is under guarantee.
On 28 September 2020 we complained to Jaguar customer care and they gave us complaints no 00752266.
Since for the next 6 days there was no response from them, we called again and were given a further complaint no 00770334. On the same day also spoke to one Mr Rahul, who I understand is from the Mumbai office. Again tall promises were given but no action.
On 10/10/2020 mechanic Deepak came and after examining the geyser, said that some parts were required and then he would revert.
On Saturday 17/10/2020 spoke to Mr Amit Singh and conveyed my complaint.
It is to be seen as to when a mechanic will be deputed
It has been a most frustrating experience with Jaguar, as far as their after sales service is concerned
