Due to inadequate flushing - commode water is keep-on flowing continuously. This needs to be fixed with wall fixed flushing....

We purchased a 40 litre Jaguar geyser from Mahavir traders- Alibag in February 2019, hence it is under guarantee.
On 28 September 2020 we complained to Jaguar customer care and they gave us complaints no 00752266.
Since for the next 6 days there was no response from them, we called again and were given a further complaint no 00770334. On the same day also spoke to one Mr Rahul, who I understand is from the Mumbai office. Again...

My shower panel was giving me trouble with the mix of hot and cold water supply which resulted in my lodging a complaint as follows:

The mechanic whom came to attend to the issue told me that the thermostat needs replacement. The next day, I received a call from the company that the model we have has been discontinued now and therefore the parts...

I have bought the wall mixer in aug-2017 and now it is having the leakage, i have raised the compliant with jaguar hence the technician has visited my house and as per him the cartridge need to replace and asking to pay rs-445/- for the part.

If the product is in warranty period then why should i pay the charges so i have called the customer care and as per them they only provide the free servicing and do not replace the spare...

Water leakage thru concealed tank into wc.....

I brought brand new Geyser Erica 25 litres and installed. The performance is very bad, the water outlet from that geyser is very very slow even when the inlet speed is good. I previously had Racold from 15years and since it went bad so thought of to buy Jaguar as it was giving 7 years warranty compared to any other geyser. I got it installed today but felt very bad based on the speed of the water outlet. My faulty Racold was giving an awesome...

We are suffering last 2 months for our new gezer purchased... As its sounding noisy voice while heating ….. We complain lots of time and twice and thrice the technician came also change the main parts for which we have to waited 15days... Now the problem is not resolved and we finally demanding the full replacement of the gezer... As it is not possible to only again and again call and give time to the technisians….....

We have installed six shower enclosures of jaguar at my house on[protected]. Before six months glass on my daughter’s enclosure broke. On speaking to their dealer mr. Gopal kohli of identity homes, he expressed his inability to help & offered to send quotation for installation of new one at my cost. I want to stay that i am parmod kumar i have brought 4 set of shower and tap combine but in one tap there is some problem from the starting my S.no. 016q/D0636/000 so kindy get it repair or replace it. my house no.83, st.2 kartar nagar, tibba road ldh .3 taps and shower working properly but1 tap do not work properly so i request yor to change or repair it. I booked a service request with you on 26th monday 2019. My service call is registered with you vide no.00848357.
The service person called me the same day andi was not available that day. Since then - toady is thursday - he hasn't turned up. I phoned his a few time and i was given different times but to no effect.
Your serive people never used to be so unproefessional like this.

The jaguar kitchen sink tap was fitted about 10 years befrore. About 1 year before it started leakage, i had called jaguar ofiice for repairs. The technician came and repaired it. Now the same tap again started leakage. (After about 1 year of repairs). Kindly arrange to repair the tap.

I buy your jaguar tap for washvision which starts leaking within a month of buying and water continously flow from it which resultts in a wastage of water too and one of the tap's handle is very loose and it breaks again and again after tighting it.
So plz come as soon as possible, check the fault and rapair it as we are facing lot of inconvenience

I have fitted all the sanitary ware for my house from jaguar expecting a good product and after sales service. These products has a warranty of 10 years. Recently one of the wall fixed commode was broken while in warranty. It was told that the required washers for the same has not been fixed. We were not supplied with any washers for fixing of the commodes or the wash basins. These items were installed under the guidance of jaguar representative...

We have purchased 8 set of Toilets fitting for AIIMS New Delhi from Jaguar .
We are facing problem in Sensor of Wash basin Tape.

The closet from jaguar drs - white 37951 was purchased in jan 2018. However it was removed from the carton to be affixed only last week in the newly constructed house. The seat of the closet has a crack when removed from the carton. There is a crack on the seat. We are not sure how the crack has occurred. Kindly let us know what remedy can be sought for this....

With reference to my complaint regarding the water leakege problem in my kitchen tap, a technician named prashant called on my registered number. Showing inability to reach the destination within 15 mts, he told that some other technician will visit my home tomorrow. Sir, i developed a residential project. I used i flush system in the 180 bathrooms.
This system is a absolute failure product. When the service personel was called they made excuses. Where as their own staff told us that this was a failure model
Their head mr venu gopal doesn't even respond to my messages.

I bought 3 shower panels for my house last year. I lodged a complaint with jaguar customer care on october 12, 2018 stating that in 2 of the panels the pressure of water has dropped from the cold water side.
The technician came on 14oct 2018 just to tell me after inspection that he is not the concerned expert and some one else will visit. Till oct 20, 2018 nobody came and when i relodged my complaint with the customer care some technician...

I need to get my tap spindle changed and shower mixer repairs.

My kitchen tap has leakage from head and also the tap holder is loose from the center bolt where spindle is fixed.

I get this check from local plumber but they dont provide service on guaranteed product.
