i have shifted in my new home on 28/04/2012 and in march only bath fittings of this company had been installed but one of the fitting started malfunctioning in September.i have registered my complain to the company on 11/09/2012(complaint number is 129082..) but spare has not been provided yet inspite of calling them several times

      I have bought bathroom fixtures and faucets of jaguar Company from below mentioned company :

      I have complained about the kitchen sink tap to the aforesaid mentioned shop owner .The plumber was sent after a long delayu and in the end it wasdecided by the plumber that the know of the tap needs to be replaced.This incident tookplace in APril this year and till date we have not heard from the company or the shopkeeper.Whenever i call the shopkeeper he says company is sending the tap.

      Please look int the matter and take some strict action against the comopany and the shopkeeper.

      Bathroom Fittings

      The Bathroom taps of wash basin and misture is not working properly. I think they are choaked and the water i is not comming properly.

          I aam a builder.... I am using Jaguar fittings in most of my buildings.... I have some compalaints from my customers which are not resolved since
          couple of years... One concealed mixer is not working properly... the company has replaced the tap cover.... but still causing problem .... This
          brings bad reputation to your company.... After repeated reminders.... I am contacting u... to resolve the problem.... ASAP

            Jaguar Kitchen Sink Tap problem

            I bought Jaquar bathroom fittings for my new home. After 6 months o[censored]se, the kitchen sink tap got damaged, the thread inside the spindle got worn out, and it is no longer opening/closing. I registered a complaint at Jaquar customer Care, Kochi and they gave a complaint number and a contact number of their technician at Trivandrum. After a couple of days, when I contacted the technician directly, he said he had not yet got any complaints...

            I have purchased various bath room fittings of JAGUAR Make from the dealer -M/s.Perumilil,Palakkad(Kerala) for Rs.1,87,000/- two months back, but immediately after installation of one of the Sinks, the same is badly leaking. The Plumber had repaired the same several times, but the leakage is still persisting. The above dealer is not caring to rectify the same. Please help me.

              We are Jaguar fittings customers since last 12 years. since last 2 years we face lot of problems due to your repairing staff who are small kids and unskilled persons.. Every time they come and leave, each tap will start dripping.Mixers will start dripping. They complain they that don not have washers along and promise to come back, but never return. Now in our 3 bath rooms most of the taps mixers and showers are dripping. WHAT SHOULD WE DO? Your ground service is very poor that too in cochin kerala. I have fixed 32 jaguar fittings in my new building for mosque. I am afraid same case will be there too. Please repair the fittings immidiately OR write on the packing that the fittings should be thrown away when it needs washer change.Recently 2 boys here charged me Rs.250/- for pipe and took along the removed one.Do you care about customers?                 Dear Sir,

                We are using Jaquar faucets at home. Within a month of fixing it, the faucets started coming to pieces. We had compalined about it and a sevice person visited us. He found the problem a bit serious and came back after a week with a senior official of Jaquar. They inspected the Faucets and said that they would come back with the necessary spare parts and repair it.
                Since nobody turned up for these last 6 months, I again registered a complaint (TT[protected] on Oct 12-2011. But so long I have not received any response.
                Please help.

                      I have already lodged the complaint two times on phone numbers given by the dealer.regarding the improper working of the taps.Once the person had contacted on phone and committed to attend the complaint.However till date no body has attended the complaint.I have no alternative but to lodge the complaint with you.I have already given my address and phone no while registering the complaint on your toll free numbers.                       I request you to look in to the matter and ask your service department to clear the fault.The ordinary plumber cannot repair the fittings of your company therefore the customer has no choice but to approach to you only.

                      I have booked SNR-CHR-51001 SQ Sensotronic Faucet on 25/06/2014, at your dealer MAHAL MARKETING Ernakulam. Cochin-682011.
                      Even after a fortnight they are telling this item is out of stock in your depot for along time. All my sanitory fittings are of Jaguar and hence I am waiting for the same.

                          Dear all,

                          I have constructed a new house just 5 months back. I have used Jaguar fittings but I am very much unhappy with the service of the company. There are very small fittings that are not working well eg. the hand faucet of my parent's room. We at home call your officials every day and maximum times they do not pick up phones and when we call them from a different no. then they will pick up and then start giving reasons and promise that they will send the technician the next day and then again 2 to three days pass and the story is repeated all over again.
                          We feel cheated as when they give us time we wait for them at home and our work also suffers.
                          If such is the case then I would like to throw away all Jaguar fittings and the go for a different company but it is impossible as they are very very expensive. Now tell us what to do? Is the court of law our last resort?

                            I had raised a compliant with Jaquar starting last december on a Bathroom fitting (Tap - to be precise) because it has been only 6 months since i bought it back then and water started leaking from the tap. After i rasied the complaint they reverted back after couple of days. The first plumber who came home was unable to fix the tap and left. He also changed another tap in my house (which was working well earlier) and now that starts leaking water as well when closed. I raise a request with then the 2nd time and they call me up in the noon (naturally i am at work then). I asked them to fix an appointment for later that day or the next and they never call back later. I am surprised how they guys close the case from their end even without checking with the customer if the work is complete or if they are satisfied with the work.

                            This is the sadest service I ever experienced from a bathroom dealer. I later purchased similar bathroom fitting from other brands and they give me really good service. Right on time and they get the job completed. I definitely will inform all my friends to beware of purchasing any product from Jaquar. More than the product, i think its their poor way of treating their customers when it comes to servicing.

                                    We had purchased various faucets for our bathroom vide Inv No. 133 dt. 24.09.2010 from Luxmi Hardware & Sanitary Store Nangloi (Ph.:[protected]. 1 Botton Spout is broken from nipple and No nipples are available from any of your auth. dealer stocks and they say you lodge a complaint. The person sent on 08.09.10 (Pintu) was untrained and a novice and he also did not even have nipple for Opel Button Spout. We find that there is a mfg. defect in the nipple so It broke. Anyway see our complaint no. 27164 which is still pending as we are not at all satisfied with your technician visit. He did not do anything. Pl. read comments on the service card and send some sr. person for fixing nipple and tell us if it is chargeable or free of cost. we are thinking to go to Pitampura Consumer court for this inaction and lapse of service on the part of Jaquar, as the same is under warranty.

                                      We have purchased new house and all the fitting provided by the builder is Jaguar, most of the flats which have occupied and come to stay have got the jaguar taps problems I have not yet gone to stay but my tap has been leaking for 3 months now and I have given complains the jaguar rep came and said part is to be replaced inside the tap.

                                      Note the fitting has 7 year warranty service, if this is the case then the tap should have 90days replacement (DOA) policy, it seems there is supply of faluty taps or quality control is missing as about all the flats have given complaint about the jaguar.

                                      What can be done about the company which has 99 percent of taps faulty with high price tag for the same.

                                      My Kitchen Sink tape had been loose and comes out. It was attended by your technician but now tape is again loose and fitting has been curved,

                                      i procured some jaguar fitting from M/S prince sanitation, 58/1, nirmal chandra Street, kolkata-12 on 01.08.11. Jaguar has given 10 years warranty for its product. on the fitting the kitchen sink tap, within a week the front cover of the knob came out. The dealer assured that Jaguar attends the complaint within 24 hrs. I lodged complaint on iteractive voice mode (complaint No: 11017949 dt 17.08.11) and thereafter online complaint No TT[protected] dated 18.08.11. More that 3 days has passed nobody has visited my premise or respond on the above complaint.
                                      This is a hardship to the consumer and I felt it should be brougth to the consumer forum for necessary action.

                                      I had placed N order for a shower enclosure, by paying an advance of Rs. 10, 000/- to the dealer on 0.01.2013. I was told that the enclosure would be set up on the 22 nd day, not a day later or earlier. On the 12 th of July I Recieved a call saying that they didn't know the specifications so were unable to process the order. The technician came and took the order again. I was informed that now they would put it up after 22 days again. I had already lost 12 days. I presumed that now the enclosure would be set up on the 2 nd of August. I sent several emails to the dealer, the company, however nobody had the decency to reply to my mail. I finally Recieved the packaged box on 7 th Aug late at night. Today morning 9th Aug the technicians come to set up my bathroom to find out that the dealer had sent only half the required stuff. So now I am waiting with crossed fingers hoping that they will be kind enough to put up my shower enclosure any time soon !!!
