Dear sir,
This is to inform you that the the presser of the hand shower that we brought has broken and thus water cannot be showered anymore. We had brought 5 hand showers but the quality of the product has degraded. So kindly help us resolve our problem and get it replaced. Our bathroom fittings are all your products and we ahve no complaint about the other products. Only the handshowers quality had degraded

I had registered a complaint on toll free number of Jaguar [protected] on date 20.6.16 for lekage of flush valve. I received a service call reference number 377296 and it was told that I will get response within 72 hours. To my surprise, without visit of plumber to my house, I received message to my registered mobile number from Jaguar that my complaint has been resolved and thanks for choosing Jaguar. I am rally surprised and confused, how without attending a complaint or getting feedback from customer, such type of message is sent?

Service man has spoiled the lever no water coming from tap also not attending to calls inspite of several phone calls also dealer not sending any one. They have spoiled all fittings cannot use any shower .company not giving replacement of part damaged by service men even when we are ready to pay. Wary action is required so that our problems are sorted out. It seems the company and dealer and servicemen are not at all concerned inspite of repeated complaints.

i inform you our house complete fitting of jaguar bathing after using only three months your product items, i am your tool free no ( three times comp lend) but not satisfied your service and works our last comp lent tool free no 8-4-16 but your rep attend the comp lent after 7 days and not satisfied work and ii nd time pho on received but work not completed your rep not proper attend comp lent, last time your rep 14-4-16 as per job card one no stoop cock new return but til date not rectified our problem our building is damage in your product not rectified timely jaguar service totally poor, Sir after this comp land mill not rectified the problem but against your company hard design please contact urgently

You please be inform my Jaquar Tap is not working since the beginning of Jan 2016 from then I M continuously chasing you through customer care for the same yet I have not received any satisfactory services or any phone calls.

therefore, it is highly requested to you please kindly look into this matter seriously because its only disfigure your quality service among customers which are valuable for any business

We have installed jaguar system in our house.Last week, the flush and the sink tank started leaking. So, we called up the Jaguar customer care on toll free no. [protected] and we were told that the problem will be solved. But the mechanic has not yet come up to solve the problem and he keeps delaying to come up. We have received a very poor service from Jaguar which was unexpected. Jaguar has disappointed us.

Two floors of my house are fitted with all jaquar products. while I purchased the products company people promised a lot about service. I have purchased these 11 months back. but since 2 months I am giving complain to costumer care nothing is happening. Jaquar Flush Valves

I have purchased 3 jaquar flush valves from the Jaquar distributor at chawri bazar, BHARAT IRON WORKS, i also have the original bill and certificate.

The problem is all 3 flush valves dont release everytime and remain pressed causing water wastage. We then have to pull them out to stop it.

I made a complaint also at Customer Care, and they sent an executive, but he said, its working fine.

SO guys please dont purchase Jaquar flush valves they have a manu. fault.

Dear sir,
As the matter above i want make a complain regarding the divertor of opel model. Divertor doesn't move properly and water scatters while uplifting the divertor. About this i have complained your customer care of several times.. they told me that product is not working properly. so what we do? i have also talked this matter to many customer care executive named " YOGESH" he told me that he will solve my problem as soon as possible but nothing has turned up. i am actually got harassed by calling them but they are not taking step against it.

sir, i have purchased this item from ASHOK HARDWARE, siliguri and i have also told them but they say we r seller not service provider. this is not our responsibility.

I Was under the impression that Jaquar products are of very good quality. While making my house, I bought total Jaquar fittings worth Rs 150000. The dealer RCPL enterprises in Jaunpur told me that the service from the company is very good and it will be attended within 48 hours. He also assured that getting the service will be his responsibility.

Now I have a divertor for the shower whose handle comes out all the time. I have a tap which is leaking. I made a complaint to Jaqaur on 18th Oct 2012 , complaint number 179541. I was told that someone from the company will visit within 48 hours,.

Till date as on 2nd Nov 2012 , no one has visited to have a look at the problem.

I wish to advise all of you to refrain from buying Jaquar products as these products are very highly priced and they donot value their warranty.

i have shifted in my new home on 28/04/2012 and in march only bath fittings of this company had been installed but one of the fitting started malfunctioning in September.i have registered my complain to the company on 11/09/2012(complaint number is 129082..) but spare has not been provided yet inspite of calling them several times

I have complained about the kitchen sink tap to the aforesaid mentioned shop owner .The plumber was sent after a long delayu and in the end it wasdecided by the plumber that the know of the tap needs to be replaced.This incident tookplace in APril this year and till date we have not heard from the company or the shopkeeper.Whenever i call the shopkeeper he says company is sending the tap.

Please look int the matter and take some strict action against the comopany and the shopkeeper.

The mixture fitted at my one bath room at House No 3949, Omkar Bldg, Darga Galli, Nipani 591 237, Dist Belgaum, is leaking since two months. Hence corrective action is requested please.

I aam a builder.... I am using Jaguar fittings in most of my buildings.... I have some compalaints from my customers which are not resolved since
couple of years... One concealed mixer is not working properly... the company has replaced the tap cover.... but still causing problem .... This
brings bad reputation to your company.... After repeated reminders.... I am contacting u... to resolve the problem.... ASAP

I bought Jaquar bathroom fittings for my new home. After 6 months o[censored]se, the kitchen sink tap got damaged, the thread inside the spindle got worn out, and it is no longer opening/closing. I registered a complaint at Jaquar customer Care, Kochi and they gave a complaint number and a contact number of their technician at Trivandrum. After a couple of days, when I contacted the technician directly, he said he had not yet got any complaints registered for my case. I gave him the complaint number. Then he said he will send somebody in 2 days. But even after 2 days, they did not attend the problem. After a few days of followups with the customer care and the technician, finally they came and repaired the tap. It took overall 2 weeks to get it repaired.
Jaquar is considered to be one of the top quality brand in bathroom fittings. I bought Jaquar fittings thinking that there won;t be much maintenance issues. But from this incident, it is clear that they have poor quality products, and the after sales service is also poor. So it is not worth the extra money that you are paying for Jaquar fittings..

I have purchased various bath room fittings of JAGUAR Make from the dealer -M/s.Perumilil,Palakkad(Kerala) for Rs.1,87,000/- two months back, but immediately after installation of one of the Sinks, the same is badly leaking. The Plumber had repaired the same several times, but the leakage is still persisting. The above dealer is not caring to rectify the same. Please help me.

We are Jaguar fittings customers since last 12 years. since last 2 years we face lot of problems due to your repairing staff who are small kids and unskilled persons.. Every time they come and leave, each tap will start dripping.Mixers will start dripping. They complain they that don not have washers along and promise to come back, but never return. Now in our 3 bath rooms most of the taps mixers and showers are dripping. WHAT SHOULD WE DO? Your ground service is very poor that too in cochin kerala. I have fixed 32 jaguar fittings in my new building for mosque. I am afraid same case will be there too. Please repair the fittings immidiately OR write on the packing that the fittings should be thrown away when it needs washer change.Recently 2 boys here charged me Rs.250/- for pipe and took along the removed one.Do you care about customers?
