I am customer of jay ambe developers, I have booked flat in one of their project named VIGHNESHWAR HEIGHTS at Dahisar E in year 2008.
I have paid 1, 80, 000 rs by cheque and 12 lakh rupees by cash.
But project still not started. They promised us to give possession in 2012. Now its 2022 and still they have not started construction of the same.
My hard earned money I invested in my dream home.
Please look in to the matter and give justice.
