Dear sir,
I booked the gas cylinder in bharat gas on date 2/07/022 through HELLO BPCL App. Also made payment online. In after 4 days I got the msg from BPCL my cylinder was delivered but physically I didn't get any call or delivery of gas cylinder then next day I call in gas agency for my delivery but they didn't receive & ignored my call.
So I request please take action against this and solve my problem.
I'm sharing screenshot of the delivery status with booking id.
