Jai Kishan — fraud

A guy named jai kishan who claims to an army person, but i don't think he is.
He posted an ad for iphone 6s 128gb in dehradun imei no: [protected] and asked for inr 15000 but said right now he is at jaipur, rajasthan but will parcel the phone to me and asked me to pay inr 4000 in advance and so did i, but now i came to know that he is a fraud guy and still he mobile no is active and says do whatever you want he doesn't care at all. He send me his id's and his no is [protected].
