I want to lodge a compliment against jai mobile store Nigdi.I have given my mobile handset one plus 3for repairing on last month, they said me that they will give me within 3-4:days..after 4 days every day I used to visit shop for my mobile but as everytomw they are giving me any reasons and told me to come tomorrow finally they gave my mobile back on 1st may2018.I have paid8500 rupees for repair. But my mobile was not fully repaired, thumb impression and back button was not working again ibwent to mobile store and told this problem.again they took my phone and told me to come next day..after two days on 4 the nay again I went to store.they told me to come on Saturday. I went to store on Sunday evening.again they told me to come on Monday..I went there on Tuesday..Yesterday they told me to come today..today they told that mobile parts are not available come after 3-4 days..then I asked what checked all these days..I have alreday paid 8500 rs for repair..again they started giving me reasons so after this insidance I have got very frustrated.and I am questioned them that why are they are ignoring my issue and how many time I should come to shop.then one arrogant lady started fighting with me by showing her finger.in told her to speak properly without showing her finger.then she told me to get out of this shop.. I felt externaly insulted..I am suffering lot of trouble insulted and frushteted..please take action on that lady worker who told me to get out from shop, spoken with me very arrogantly and insulted me Was this information helpful? |
