I Reema K. on 21st Jan 2026, I had approached the said company for IRCTC booking franchise, DSC, PAN new/update and Airline booking franchise. I got a call from a person called Vikrant having mobile no. [protected] for registration of above franchise for which he told us to pay Rs.3, 999/-. Upon paying the said amount he told us that ill receive a call from concerned department, within minutes I received a call from a female saying that she is from IRCTC department and she is going to guide us to obtain the IRCTC booking ID after conversation with her she told us that u have to pay more amount of Rs 6000/-. After paying of Rs 6000/- she told us that u will get a call from a security team. Meanwhile, during conversation she told me to send all my documents such as Aadhar card and PAN and a duly signed KYC form which I had sent to her simultaneously. Within minute I received another call saying that he is from security department. Further he stated that to process the IRCTC ID you need to pay a security deposit of 9, 999/-. After paying the said amount the person told me that ID is under process after few minutes I was been called again by that said person saying that you have to pay more of Rs. 15, 000/- as you have delayed in making the security deposit of Rs.9, 999/-. After hearing such demand from the company I felt I have been cheated. After all this I contacted Mr. Vikrant, the first person which we had communicated and told him about this and I demanded him for refund of above Rs 20, 000/- which he clearly denied .
