My name is Nandkishor Rajak i am a shopkeeper i need a pen id for pan card service for this i contacted jai steel company and i talked to megha madam there she assured me that you will get only 20 days I will get the ID of NSDL company, you will read 4720 to submit me, I told them yes.

Then I paid ₹4720 to Jai Steel Company in two transactions which were done on 06/06/2022 and 07/07/2022 but no service was provided to me till after the 17th date because I am a shopkeeper and I need PAN service There was a great need for ID, for this reason I got my ID made from another company and I do not need any service from this company, so my full payment should be refunded.
