Jaikishan — fraud took half of the amount and neither have the product nor the taken sum

There was a seller of an oppo mobile phone which he was selling for 6000.. His name is jaikishan... I wasn't interested but still he was after me for about 1month.. I agreed... I payed him 3000rs n asked for the product... He didn't give me the product n on asking for refunding 3000rs he refused and now not picking up calls... Put my mother's n my number to block list.. He is an army officer at the jaipur airport (As he mentioned)
