Jaikishan Indian Army — Fraud and took 69000 from me

I have recently posted and ad for letting my house located at Udaipur. Indian Army personel Jaikishan called me told me that he is currently posted in Agra and is getting Transferred to udaipur for 3 years. He asked me for the photographs which I have sent. This morning he told me that he has finalized the flat and he will be transfering the amount to my account. Then he went to transfer the amount to his account officer Indian Army Cantt Agra and there he made me spoke to the person named Shrikant Sharma. First he transferred me Rs. 1 to make the confirmation and told me this is the procedure where in every month I will get the rent credited. Then Shrikant Sharma initiated a payment of Rs. 34500 and told that I have click on pay button and pay the amount which I will get in refund along with the amount they are paying. I paid the amount but they said that the refund is in process and due to some technical problem I have to pay again. I again paid 34500 which is some is Rs. 69000. Again they told me that the refund is initiated but I again have to pay the full amount which I refused to pay because I had a doubt that it is not legit. Shrikant Sharma and Jaikishan assured me that I will be getting my money back by today evening. Jaikishan is picking up the call and assuring me again and again that you will get the amount back. But after I searched his name on google I found so many complaints against this person . He has shared me his location, ID's and Family picture. These frauds are spoiling the name of Indian Army. They need to be punished.
