Jain Suzuki — service issue

Hi, i got my new access 125 (Bs4) version and i gave it for 1st free service. Till then i had just one complaint that my handle bar seems to be misaligned. This is rite from the day1 of taking delivery. I informed this when i took it to fix my number plate to the show room. They checked, came back saying, nothing seems to be wrong. Then, i informed this to the service person and he made a note of it. But when i took back the vehicle, i was told there was nothing wrong and still the handle bar is misaligned and he said like he made some adjustment to the fork. There started the problem. Now the vehicle is wobbling even in the smoothest road. Its some kind of jumping sensation im having while riding my two wheeler.

I have not yet taken back to the service center for asking them to check. But i want to bring this to every ones notice.

People dont give attention or care to what ever we say, they do things as if they are doing it for free. Its our hard earned money and they take things for granted.

Im sure, even if i go back to the service centre they ll keep saying like there is nothing wrong with the alignment etc.

I own 5 two wheelers and 2 cars. Its not that i am new riding two wheelers and also im basically a mechanical engineer. So even the smallest of flaw i will be able to identify it.

I will give one try by taking it back. If they are not going to solve it, i have my own private mechanic and he can take good care of my vehicle. Because, i am sure its surely waste of time spending time with people who have unskilled workers to identify the actual issue and resolve it.

Kindly take caution when u give vehicle for service in this place.
