My name is Naveen, I am reaching out to you regarding a concern I have been facing for the past few months. I have applied for a masters program at Jain University, and the fees are paid through a third-party loan company (Liqui Loan). Later, I applied for a refund on August 2nd, which was also approved by the university on August 9.
But still, after processing the refund every month, EMI is deducting from my account. I am not in a position to pay this month's EMI, and if I skip that, it can affect my Cibil score.
I have reached out to the university help desk many times, but for the past three months, they have been saying the same thing: 'Your refund is under process; you will get it in 10 days' and now it's been almost three month.
