Jaina India Marketing — Fleecing customers with false promises

I purchased a karbon mobile from croma and it worked fine for 3 months. It used to hang at times and freeze. We did a software reset at the service centre. After btech it back it still used to hang and freeze. Also there were problems with charging the device. We again take it to the service centre at this time they kept it for a month. When they returned the device it used to hang and freeze more than what it was earlier also the charging problem was still existing and the speakers were damaged now. So I gave it back to the service centre and this time they said they will be sending it to Delhi. It is almost 4 months now and nothing has happened. When I call the customer service they keep begging for 10 days more every time I call them. Even the email support team only sends 1template all the time. Tired of asking help from them nobody seems to assess all they wanted was my money and now they are happy and I am the one who is sad. I am desperately seeking some assistance to bring my case in front of the higher management in Karbonn Mobiles. This is not how a customer is treated after he pays 10000 rupees for a product and never gets to use it.
