The geyser was bought on November, 2014. It stopped working from February, 2015. Complain was issued on the same month. I called on Kolkata service center (phn no.[protected] for multiple times till yesterday. Each time I was assured that technician will raech us within 2 days. But nothing happened. No one came. Two scenior citizons are there home and the geyser was taken mainly for them. But with your great machine and for your greater customer service, they suffered for entire winter season. Now rainy season has come and we are still looking to the geyser as a show piece of our wash room which we bought for a purpose by a good amount of money.
