Removal of Illegal Construction: The unauthorized basement, balcony extension, and any other illegal structures must be demolished promptly to restore compliance with JDA regulations.
Ceasing of Illegal Commercial Activities: The unauthorized commercial shop must be shut down, and appropriate legal action should be taken against the property owner for violating zoning laws.
Imposition of Penalties: The property owner should be held accountable for their actions through the imposition of fines and penalties as per the relevant regulations.
It is imperative that the JDA takes swift and decisive action to address these violations and uphold the rule of law. Failure to do so would set a dangerous precedent and encourage further disregard for regulations.
