Yashwant Dhabai 51, Madhav Nagar Behind Durgapura Rly Station Jaipur 302018 (ZONE-5) Details of Violations: Smt. Yaswant Dhabai, doing illegal construction with zero setback for commercial purpose against building bylaws. An EO report is also attached. This illegal construction is ongoing even after JDA notice. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of significant concern regarding ongoing illegal construction activities in 51 Madhav Nagar Gali No-1 Behind Durgapura RLY Station Jaipur 302018. Despite repeated notifications and interventions, the situation has not been resolved, posing a serious threat to the integrity of our community and adherence to building bylaws. As per the sequence of events, JDA Notice 32 and 33 were duly served on September 10, 2023, to address the unauthorized construction. Subsequently, a visit was conducted by the JDA team, led by Mr. Anil Kumar Sharma Tahsildar, on November 2, 2023. The team submitted a comprehensive report confirming the illegality of the construction. Despite these concerted efforts, it is disheartening to note that no substantial action has been taken in the seven months since the initial notice. On April 4, 2024, I once again reached out to your office to report the persisting illegal construction. While enforcement officers promptly intervened and temporarily halted the construction, the defiance displayed by Ms. Dhabai, who resorted to locking her front gate and resuming construction activities the very next day, is deeply concerning. It is crucial to emphasize that these actions are not only in direct violation of established building bylaws but also endanger the safety and structural integrity of the surrounding area. It is imperative that immediate and decisive action be taken to address this issue. The resumption of construction activities on April 27, 2023, further underscores the urgency of the matter. Despite repeated complaints and notices, the construction work on the plot located 51, Madhav Nagar Gali no-1 behind Durgapura Rly Station Jaipur 302018 has persisted, causing distress and inconvenience to the residents. As you may be aware, the construction work initiated by the plot owner commenced on May 2, 2024, without obtaining the necessary permits or approvals from the appropriate authorities. Despite the intervention of the enforcement office and the issuance of notices, the construction activities have not ceased permanently. While there have been temporary halts in construction following complaints, the work invariably resumes after a brief hiatus, in blatant disregard of the law and the directives of the enforcement office.
