Jaipur Development Authority — Illegal construction in my area and blocking the main road for commuting

I live in Saraswati Nagar behind EHCC hospital. Someone has started illegal construction in my area few weeks ago. Now the illegal construction has reached to a limit where the person wants to block our main road of the colony which we all use to enter and exit. We tried to talk to this person but he is a goon and has taken support of some local MLAs and government authorities by force and bribing. We are facing a lot of problem due to this . In 2022 also such illegal constructions and disruptive behavior of forceful means are going around . Please help asap .
