As a responsible citizen I went to Indian judiciary for seeking justice some 7 years ago. Still I am wandering from court to court along with a little daughter seeking for justice. The judge gives long dates and often stays on leave. I even begged several times for help but was never allowed to talk to judge. I was threatened several times to sign documents without consent. Not getting any maintenance as well from last 1 year. Husband applied for mutual divorce on the condition that nothing will be given as alumni for daughter. Hard to bear legal expenses when even survival is at stake. I am a private employee not getting enough to meet ends. Having old parents responsibility as well. Still waiting for justice...JUST ONE QUESTION IS THE CHILD ONLY MY RESPONSIBILITY HOW CAN MAN BE SET FREE WITH NO RESPONSIBILITY.. Was this information helpful? |
